Owing to our popular expansion programme, opportunities regularly arise within our Elite Leadership Academies for positions ranging from Training Assistants, Assistant instructors and local branch Instructors.

From people who are happy simply to volunteer some of their spare time to assist in class to those who are looking to develop an exciting new career from the hobby that they enjoy, we have opportunities for everyone.

Also, we are now able to consider a wide range of other people who may already have sufficient Martial Arts experience, for positions within our organisation (subject to completing our MiB training programme).

Our training programme (affectionately known as ‘Men in Blue’) equips those who wish to join our elite team of branch instructors, assistant instructors and leadership assistants, to carry out their role with confidence and ability.

Leadership Assistants

These provide a vital role in our Academies by assisting the instructor in various duties that are not necessarily of an instructional nature.  Over time, Leadership Assistants will be given the opportunity to progress further toward training to become an Assistant and Branch Instructor, and running successful classes of their own.

The benefits of taking this first step are that you will receive FREE additional Martial Arts training plus have access to designated courses, competitions and specific events free of charge.

Assistant Instructors

Assistant instructors must be at least sixteen years or older and preferably, but not necessarily, have experience as a Leadership Assistant.  This is an instructional role where you will be taught to pass on your knowledge and skills to others in keeping with our high standards.  All Assistant instructors will be required to provide enhanced CRB clearance and apply for Professional indemnity Insurance (at their expense).

Qualified Assistant Instructors will receive FREE training and other enhanced benefits.

Branch Representative Instructors

Every opportunity is afforded to those who want to become a branch representative of our academies, and as well as bringing instructors through our own internal system we are happy to consider others with the desire and perhaps necessary experience, who are willing to give a firm commitment to our academies.

Branch representative instructors, as well as being responsible for running their own locations are also expected to train regularly at our main Academy and continue their own development.  This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to turn their hobby into an exciting and rewarding career.
